Product Info

High quality hard enamel keyrings, custom made to your requirements at awesome value. Turn your digital art into a great item for your shop, merch stall or Etsy! Larger runs of enamel keyrings are also great to use as promotional giveaways or small rewards for charity fundraising.

Hard enamel keyrings are made by stamping your designs into your chosen plating before filling the gaps with coloured enamel that is Pantone matched to your artwork. These colours are then built up so the surface of the pins is smooth and flush with the metal. When designing your artwork, remember that colours need to be separated by a border (thin line of raised metal) to prevent them running into each other.

Check out our blog post on the difference between hard and soft enamel.

Due to the nature of the darker plating options, such as Black Nickel, combined with the translucent nature of the enamels, the Pantones you select may turn out darker than expected and not match the Pantone reference completely.

Different Designs

If you would like to order more than one design, we can do this is not a problem! When making your orders, you will need to place each design as its own separate order with a minimum of 50 per design.

Artwork Guide

The starting point and most important aspect of a printing job is your design.
Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial...

Colour Format: CMYK
File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
File Resolution: 300dpi

A few tips to get awesome results...
  1. Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result.  Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.
  2. Each colour has to be separated by a line of raised metal, the minimum line thickness is 0.2mm, the minimum colour area is 0.3mm
  3. If you're using text, please set your font to at least 5pt.
  4. Clearly indicate which areas of your design you would like filling by using the correct colour values along side your artwork - we recommend Pantone Solid Coated guide.
