Beechfield Reflective Beanies
Custom embroidered knitted beanies with reflective fibres available in 5 different colours!
The Beechfield reflective double layer knit beanies are a twist on the classic Beechfield Knitted beanie. They are made with highly reflective fibres intertwined into the knit, making them perfect to be customised for your sportswear brand, or with your running club's logo!
There are 5 different beanie colours to choose from, and you can also have a mixture of colours within your order!
These beanies are made from 84% Acrylic, 16% Polyester.
Using our embroidery processes your design is recreated as threads, and we match the colour of the thread as closely as possible to the colours in your original artwork. We can embroider designs with up to 12 colours. Included in the price is a digitised proof, which we will send across to you for approval before your order goes into production - so you can see how your design will look when embroidered.
When proofing your order, we will select the closest matching thread colour to your artwork. Specific thread colour matches are available at £20 per colour.

The starting point and most important aspect of an embroidery job is your design.
Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial...
File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
File Resolution: 300dpiA few tips to get awesome results...
- Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job.
- When we receive your order through we will match your artwork to the closest possible thread colours. You will receive a proof through of your digitised artwork with the thread colours before production begins.
- Consider your design when you're choosing beanie colours - will it stand out, and look good?
