The starting point and most important aspect of a printing job is your design.
Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial...
Colour format: CMYK
File format: PSD, JPEG, TIFF, PDF, EPS, AI

*please note: we don't accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job*

A few tips to get awesome results...
1) Create artwork at 300dpi - the larger and clearer the file, the better it will print!
2) We recommend that you keep all important text 5mm away from the edges to make sure your finished mug really does look awesome!
3) Want us to position your photo/logo on a mug? Just email us your design and we will be happy to help.
4) Think of how your image will look when it's printed onto a metallic background - remember, white won't be printed so any white in your design will be the colour of the mug you select.
