Hello all,
How are you? Good weekend? What did you do? If you’re reading this later in the week, then I’m writing this on Monday, and as much as I’d like to go in to the future and see how Thursday is shaping up – I can’t. My Delorean has a flat. As in my time-travelling car has a puncture and not a new dwelling. Cars don’t need houses, unless of course you count a garage as a house and then in that case, they do.
Surreal introductions inside, I’d like to invite you all to be honorary members of our new club – the Awesome Merch T-Shirt Club. Every month, we’re going to be choosing a new designer, giving them their own bodyweight in Cornettos as payment, and then insisting they design us a new Awesome Merch shirt. We’ll then print up the buggers and send them out to you! What do you say? Are you game for a laugh? As in, are you up for some fun and not a humorous pheasant. You can be a humorous pheasant if you’d prefer. Whatever floats your boat or tail-feathers.
First up in T-shirt Club is our very own Sean Mort. Sean works at HQ but when he’s not doing that, he can be found planning trips to Rome, designing awesome things and complaining at me for tagging him in 27 tweets. Sean is an awesome designer, and we’re very happy to feature him as our numero uno design dude. Please check him out on his website, Facebook and Twitter. I’m gonna tag him in so many tweets over the coming week. He’s gonna both love and hate me. I won’t be lazy and use Marmite as a metaphor.
So you may ask, how the flip can you win one of these magnificent shirts? Well, we’re gonna be giving away 25 of these bad boys throughout the week on our Facebook and Twitter pages. I’m going to be very creative with how this is done. As in, it could be the first person to answer a question correctly, or the fourteenth person who sends me a picture of the Queen smoking a cigar. Who knows. Every person who wins one will also win a goody bag, because we’re awesome like that.
