Awesome Merchandise Insight
We were documenting the progress of renovating our new factory unit before someone stole our camera… We now have a nice new camera and are starting to take pictures of Awesome Merchandise HQ and a little bit on how we work.

1) This is where it all started for Awesome Merchandise … back in 2005 when we bought our first hand-held badge machine! Today things have changed, we run four semi-automatic machines capable of producing over 30,000 badges in a single shift…
2) Here are some of the die cut badges awaiting production on our badge machines.. just a few of the thousands of badge orders we process every month.
3) Badge pack headers awaiting cut before they go onto our finishing team where they will be made into badge packaging.
4) Our new Roland printer, this produces custom cut stickers, banners, posters and many more products… Oh, and it is the world’s first digital printer capable of full colour and metallic print…
5) Pad printing room - where we print all of our custom plectrums and drumsticks as well as lighters… In 2010 we are working hard to greatly expand our offerings on the drumstick, plectrum and lighter front after they have been really popular since we launched them back in 2008.
6) Dispatch area - Thanks to the thousands of orders we process every month we have had to create a large dispatch area just to pack up orders, hence the mound of padded envelopes, bubble wrap and boxes!
