38mm Metallic badges are perfect for when you need a little bit more heft than a classic 25mm, but don’t want to go big! This mid-sized badge packs a punch for bands, brands, artists, and more.
Your designs are printed in full colour onto the clear film, enabling the silver metal components to shine through (so anything you leave white will be silver!), and creating badges with a truly high impact. Perfect when you’re after something a little more special.Your 38mm badges are finished with a steel safety pin style back.

Artwork Guide
File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
File Resolution: 300dpi
- Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed. Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.
- Use text wisely - remember what size of product you are designing for. Small writing won’t be as effective as bold, larger text on a smaller product (e.g. don’t try to squeeze too much onto a 25mm badge!)
- Anything left white in your design will be silver metallic. Bright colours and gradients look awesome on our metallic badges!
