You asked for packaging for your 38mm badges…so we listened!  

Our awesome 38mm badge packs come complete with fully customisable backer cards, printed in glorious full colour to your design and then die cut down.  We finish them by fixing your badges firmly to the front, leaving you with a great piece of saleable merchandise.

Badge backer cards come with a euroslot for easy hanging and display of your badges.

Extra Designs 
Your order of badge packs includes one design as standard per pack. This one design includes 4 different badges and the backer artwork.  Want more designs?  Sure thing!  It’s just £5 per extra design, and you can add the extra designs as an option in the drop-down box when you place your order.

Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial...

Colour Format: CMYK
File Format: PSD, AI, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, EPS
File Resolution: 300dpi

A few tips to get awesome results...
  1. Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result when printed.  Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not usually adequate to create a quality job.
  2. Use text wisely - remember what size of product you are designing for.  Small writing won’t be as effective as bold, larger text on a smaller product (e.g. don’t try to squeeze too much onto a 25mm badge!)
  3. Contrasting colours will produce more striking prints - dark purple text on a black background won’t stand out as well.
  4. Making your backer cards a contrasting colour to your badges really makes the badges pop!
