25mm Neon Badges

An eye-popping twist on our regular 25mm pin badges!  When we had our first ever delivery of this neon stock we had to put on our sunglasses...

25mm (1 inch) neon pin badges pressed to your design(s).
Designs are printed in brilliant full colour (although neon badges look their best when using a solid black design!) and our badges are made only from top quality metal components.

Neon badges are created by printing your designs onto neon stocks.
We have neon pink, yellow, green and orange - as standard your order comes as a mixture of all four colours, but do let us know if you want just one or two specific colours as we can do this for you no problem at all!

The starting point and most important aspect of a printing job is your design.
Making sure that your artwork file is sent across to us correctly is crucial...
Colour format: CMYK
File format: PSD, JPEG, TIFF, PDF, EPS, AI

*please note: we don't accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job*

A few tips to get awesome results...
1) Create artwork at 300dpi - the larger and clearer the file, the better it will print!
2) Use text wisely – small writing won’t show as well as bold, larger text (don't try to squeeze too much onto a 25mm badge!)
3) Neon badges are printed onto neon stock, so any white in your design will not be printed and will actually be the neon colour of the stock - for this reason, solid black designs work best on neon badges (see the pictures for ideas!)
